  • VAT charges

    Phusion is based in the Netherlands (Europe). You are only charged 19% VAT if one of the following conditions apply:

    • You are based in the Netherlands.
    • You are based in the European Union but not in the Netherlands, and you have no EU VAT number.

    In all other cases (e.g. if you're based in the United States) no VAT will be charged.

    When signing up, we will automatically tell you before payment whether you are charged VAT.

  • What happens if I cancel or change plan?

    You can cancel any time. When you cancel you will receive credits which you can reclaim when you re-sign up in the future. When you change plan you will either receive credits or you will be charged the difference in price. The amount is proportional to the amount of remaining subscription time you had.

  • What are "Triggers"?

    Union Station can send a notification on certain events such as when memory or CPU usage exceeded a threshold for some time. These are referred to as "Triggers". They check the status according to a plan-defined interval.

  • What web browsers are compatible?

    We require a modern browser that has proper support for HTML5. We support Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera, but not Internet Explorer.

    Even though the limit of sign ups have been reached we can always use good feedback. If you'd really like to try Union Station then please email info@phusion.nl with the subject "Union Station account request" and we'll take it under consideration. Please state the reason why you want to use Union Station and please provide background information about your web application.
